I get the message, my Facebook page is already in the system

1. Due to the account deletion
2. Due to the re-opening
3. Old user name (fanSlave)
4. New user name (fanSlave)
5. Facebook URL / Internet address of the fanpage

We will review the process and then manually enter it if it's accepted.
The review may take up to one week.
